We have a user who works on the terminal server from a remote location, and when he prints, the printer just prints out garbage all signs and numbers etc, not what he sent to printer! This points at a driver problem, however, when i go to the HP website to download the latest drivers for the printer, i cant find anything for Server 64bit. I've heard that installing print drivers for R2 64bit is abit of a pain.
Has anyone managed to accomplish anything similar? Are you using the bare bones. Had the same issues as you, depending on the age of the printer s you may not be able to get an updated driver for Windows Server If you have already installed Windows Server R2 on this computer, you can try with this computer's Windows 7 drivers.
