Wont download tumblr app

Phone won't download anything. Thread starter jfrost Start date Aug 18, Joined Jul 19, Messages 20 Reaction score 0. I am trying to download some pictures off the internet to make some icons. I can't clear it either until I go into downloads and force stop it.

Ive tried turning the phone off and on. I've tried going into apps, data manager, force stop, and cleared cache and data. Ive tried downloading from many different sites and many different images, but the download notification is always one of those two and nothing will come in. Ive tried 4G and wifi. Even if you delete all your custom theme code and press save it still says it references not HTTPS addresses. I got that too, but then after I tried poking around enough eventually it seemed to have saved with the new HTML I wanted. As the previous step can cause some links to be "httpss", this needs to be fixed. By accessing the Find and Replace and Search for "httpss" and Replace with "https". Hit the three bars, the web page will slide to the right and the term web content will appear at the top.
